We offer a simple pricing structure for most items based on the amount you spend. Any over-sized or over-weight items on the site that may incur extra freight charges will have a ‘contact or Customer Service team for shipping rates’ default. In this case we will provide a quote for shipping once we know the delivery address.
The rates are as follows:
Orders $150 < $5.50
Orders $150 > $399 $7.90
Orders $400 > Free Shipping
We offer same day processing for all orders received before 2pm on any working day (Mon to Fri). With Auto Taping System orders that have many components we will hold the order and send when complete.
Although we endeavour to maintain an accurate inventory on our website, if one or more items in a single order are not available the balance will be shipped as soon as the stock is available. If the delay is significant we will contact the customer and offer a refund on that item.
All our deliveries are taken care of by third party agents. We prefer to use NZ Couriers or Mainstream though reserve the right to use any delivery agent at our discretion. Once a product is released to the delivery agent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with updated tracking information. All shipping time guidelines exclude weekends and public holidays
For items shipped with our standard cost based rates:
This normally takes from 1 to 2 working days after processing at our Auckland warehouse for NI deliveries and 2 to 4 working days for SI deliveries.
As rural deliveries are handed over from our delivery agent to local contractors, these deliveries may take 3 to 5 working days to arrive after processing at our Auckland warehouse.
We use Mainstream to ship larger or heavier (over 25kg) items. These items will have a ‘contact or Customer Service team for shipping rates’ default when purchasing and we will inform you of costs and delivery time when you contact us. Please note that due to OH&S requirements, when items weigh in excess of 25kg the driver may require assistance to unload the shipment.
** Please note that while we will do everything possible to deliver within the above guidelines we can not be held accountable for delivery times once items have been dispatched.**
Unless requested, all our deliveries require a signature to confirm you have received the product. If no one is there to accept the delivery you can organise re-delivery by following one of the links below.
If you find your parcel damaged upon arrival please do not sign for it. By signing for delivery you agree to accept the goods as they are. Instead, get in touch with us as soon as you have been made aware of any damage so we can send you out a replacement. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
We can’t make changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed. But if you have an urgent problem contact us.
